3 Waterway Towers in Maassluis, The Netherlands

192 apartments with underfloor heating and cooling. Right next to the New Waterway, the entrance to the world famous Rotterdam harbours, three prestigious apartment towers have been erected.

The towers are named after 3 famous explorers : Willem Barentz, Abel Tasman and Jacob Roggeveen. In total 192 apartments are realised, all provided with comfortable underfloor heating and cooling from WTH/Thermo-Floor.

The obvious choice than is an underfloor heating and cooling system with a heat pump. An important esthetical argument is the absence of ugly radiators in front of the large windows.
