Your Comfort, Our Mission!

NEW! Thermo-Link System

All you need for a flexible radiator connection.

The Thermo-Floor/WTH Thermolink system is a complete connection system using a high standard double wall plastic tube. This tube is installed within the floor screed. With this system there is a choice between two tubes, the PE-RT and Aluflex.

How does it work?

tube in tube principleThe system build up …

From the boiler the flow and return is connected to the Thermolink manifold. This distributes the warm flow and accepts the cooler return water from the radiators.

For that purpose the heating tube is constructed using a” tube in tube” principle. Joints are not allowed within the floor screed between the manifold and the radiators. Beneath the radiator the flow and return tube is connected to the radiator using a “floor bend former”.

The floor bends are primarily applied for the protection of the tube and precise connection to the radiator.

The plastic tube is connected to an isolating flow and return radiator valve, making the replacement of the radiator simple.

With this "double tube system" each radiator has its own flow and return. This allows for individual room temperature control as an option. The type and size of radiator can be selected using heat loss calculations.

With a "single tube system", all radiators are connected in a closed a system.

To allow continuous flow, a radiator valve will be required on all radiators. In order to maintain maximum output from the radiators the temperature differential requires monitoring across the system.

The advantages of Thermo-Floor/WTH Thermolink system:

  • no maintenance on the tube
  • no corrosion of any kind
  • no limescale build up
  • reduced risk of leaks
  • easy radiator replacement
  • high standard air tight plastic tube
  • small diameter tube
  • short installation time
  • suitable for renovation projects
  • outstanding product and system guarantees
  • FREE project advice
  • FREE drawings
