This architectural masterpiece, a showroom shaped like a aeroplane cockpit, is fully integrated in the sound barrier wall along side the A2 motorway.

Hessing is the importer of exclusive car brands like Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati and Lamborghini.

A Special Building with a Special Climate Condition Installation

The technical installation was a huge challenge because of the steel construction of the building, the large size of the glass windows and the exceptional shape. The building consists of three floors.

Through excellent co-operation between the architect, the design office, the M&E contractor and WTH/ Thermo-Floor, a system has been designed to heat and cool the building in a very comfortable and environmental friendly way.

A Showroom With The Very Best In Comfort

The end result was a tailor made solution based on experience and proven technology. The tubes are integrated in the concrete core of the floors. Through this construction the heat and cooling will radiate to the upper and lower side of the floors.Â Heating is generated by a gas fired boiler. Cooling comes from a cool water chiller.

Using this method, customers from Hessing are served, summer and winter, in a comfortable showroom that fits perfectly with the exclusive image of their car brands.
